6) If you are frequently experience dizziness without warning, do not drive.
7) Do not intake caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco.
8) Drink adequate volumes of water, get enough sleep, and avoid stressful situations.
9) Stick to eating a healthy diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and lean proteins to help prevent dizziness.
10) Speak to your doctor about lowering the dose or switching to another medication if the medication you are using causes dizziness.
